Environmental Protection
Researches issues and proposes ESLA positions and water quality programs.
Finance
Reviews and provides guidance for the organization’s financial matters.
Communications
Manages ESLA newsletter, website, email blasts, handbooks, etc.
Membership
Manages and promotes ESLA’s membership for renewals and new members. Works with officers and communications team on Shore Thing and Annual Meeting speakers and program.
Government Relations
Advocates for water protection and riparian interests with township, county, state and federal governments and agencies.
Recreation & Safety
Works to maintain or upgrade buoys system promoting safe navigation from Lake Skegemog into Torch River. Develops and supports programs for boating safety programs, especially for youth.
Governance
Maintains oversight of all committees. Comprised of ESLA’s officers, key committee chairs.
